Google photos app wont download

My Google Photos App wont update. When I tap on "update now" it goes to the app and my only options are uninstall/open. It never comes up in play store under my apps and games and update. Meanwhile, also try giving the below steps a try once again in a sequence to help resolve the issue: Sign out and sign back in to Google Photos (bltadwin.ru) with the same Google Account. Go back to the app store and check if the apps begin to download now. If the problem is not fixed yet, then delete the data files by going through the same steps, and then instead of tapping on Clear Cache, you must tap on Clear Data.
